Career Switch was a Nightmare!

Onboarding, Servion Global Solutions was a great experience. I was Mr. Sunil Vashit who thought I would fit perfectly at Servion with the Potential I had. a Big Thanks to him.

But, How was it like to make an Informed Decision about switching the Stream of Work? Was it easy? Well, the answer is a "Bigg NO!".

Switching from being a Networking Engineer to Software Engineer was a Roller-coaster Journey. Tons of Applications from all Hiring Platforms, Applied Day-in and Day-out, writing emails to whichever post read the word "Openings" and constant self-bugging for not being able to land in a Position.

Emotions rose day-by-day like the Temperature outside from the soaring Sun. Nights became empty and Thoughts were filled with a pool of Sympathy questioning myself "How could you leave such wonderful colleagues?", "What should I say to my Peers about this Switch?".

All of these things started to become a Nightmare!
